Moon in Aries: Moderate dignity, as this is a place of the Moon’s sectmate, Mars. Aries Moons are fiery and passionate, a great time for getting a lot accomplished and riding the initiative and impulse to succeed at whatever you want. Inspiration and enthusiasm abound, as well as the desire to “conquer” whatever tasks you have set out for yourself. Burnout is always a possibility.

Triplicity and Quadruplicity: Movable Fire. Movability (Cardinality) indicates short and quick bursts of activity that are cut short and not seen through as often. The fire element indicates more liveliness and even a little aggression with people’s moods.

Moon’s ruler: Mars. The Moon forms a conjunction to Mars, and so her significations are supported by her ruler and more likely to ground. These days will be busier and much more worthwhile for making long-term plans and moving energy forward. Moon-Mars conjunctions on their own make for a lot of passion and intensity, especially in this sign. Expect a lot of activity, movement, and things happening. There may be some chaos coming to the surface.

Relationship to the Sun: Inferior Movable Square to the Sun in Capricorn. Obstacles and roadblocks will arise to thwart your intentions. Things may take longer than you expected, and the days may not look how you intended. With the movable nature of the square, You will find yourself engaged in many different activities throughout the day.

• Inferior Movable Square to Mercury in Capricorn. The square carries over from last period. Conversation and dialogue remain much trickier. Miscommunications will arise, and getting your point across will be harder. They will arise suddenly, and be over just as fast, with the movable nature of the square.

• Inferior Fire Trine to Venus in Sagittarius. Last period’s square has eased into a trine. Great amount of ease in interpersonal relationships. Harmony and compassion abound. The fire-nature of this trine will create more activity and agitation. You may find yourself doing lots of different things with lots of different people.

• Inferior Sextile to Jupiter in Aquarius. The beginning of a three-part aspect cycle. Help will come in through the avenues of teachers and guides. There is emotional buoyancy, and an opportunity for optimism, financial growth, and greater spiritual wisdom.

• Inferior Sextile to Saturn in Aquarius. The beginning of another three-part aspect cycle. Maturity and realism coming from a firm, stern hand. You will not be immune from sadness and some depression during this time, though it will be lessened through the easy nature of the aspect.

Summary: Don’t let holiday preparation drive you crazy. As with all Aries Moon periods, and all holiday prep periods, you can be sure that a lot of fire, passion, and chaos will come through during this time. The intensity coming from both the conjunction to Mars and square from the Sun will create a lot of tumult and erratic trends. Mars will cut things short, and the square from the Sun will consistently bring out obstacles and challenges to your will and agenda. Additionally, the movable nature of Aries generally keeps this success from becoming a long-lasting thing. Try and ride this period like a crazy roller-coaster. Don’t get too attached to anything, and know that the stillness and calm of Taurus is only a few days away.
